Whenever you're feeling overwhelmed with the day, just sit down and take a break. Too much hustle and bustle will leave you no time for yourself.
So
STOP,
SIT, and
RELAX.
I would suggest: reading a book, drawing/doodling, taking a nap, doing a simple Sudoku puzzle or just sit outside, to help keep the stress away. (I wouldn't suggest now,
brrr, too cold for that, lets just wait a while
:P) Remember, you can work yourself ragged to get all the days things done... but then when do you have time for yourself?
